By accessing our coaching services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

Our coaching services are designed to support you in achieving personal and professional growth. These terms apply to all users of our services.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years old. You may be required to provide personal information and other details to register for our coaching sessions.

3. Fees and Payment

We offer various coaching packages. Fees are due at the time of registration and can be paid via [accepted payment methods]. Please be aware that all fees are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can cancel your coaching session up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to be on time for their sessions, prepared, and ready to engage in the coaching process actively. Regular communication and feedback are encouraged to maximize the benefits of our services.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential unless agreed upon in writing. Confidential information does not include information that: (a) was known to the coach prior to its disclosure or (b) is required to be disclosed by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during coaching sessions, including but not limited to workbooks, handouts, and digital resources, remain the intellectual property of IGoForward and are only for personal use.

8. Disclaimers

The effectiveness of coaching is highly dependent on the client's commitment. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes as a result of our coaching sessions.

9. Limitation of Liability

IGoForward will not be liable for any claims related to the services provided, beyond the amount paid by the client for such services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching agreement with written notice if the terms and conditions are not upheld.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes under these terms will be resolved in mediation or, if necessary, legal proceedings under Texas law.

12. Amendments

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time. All amendments will be posted on our website and effective immediately.
